Spell guns

I had an idea for magic weapons which function much like a cross between a wand and a flintlock pistol. They're powered by magic dust which is loaded into the chamber but triggered by runes etched into the handle. They would offer low skill magic users access to powerful destructive spells. Their effects vary depending on the weapon and charge. Super powered blasts of air, fire, ice etc would be the norm.--Hugh 00:20, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
