The Zarth Regiments (or just regiments for short) are the main government of the Zarth.

Regimental Command
The regimental command is the highest authority in Zarth, and commands the greatest part of The Zarth. It is ruled by The Victor, who has won some form of competition.

When a leader wins a competition, all of his subordinates advance with him. This could lead to the explosives division being in charge of the military.
