The [[HOZZ Brothers]]'s landlord.  He owns a few appartments, but does it on the side.  Any time he has to come out to the appartment, it is a serious hassle.  He also has no handyman skills, so he hires maintenence guys to do the maintenence on his properties.  [[Ziggy]] sometimes fixes stuff for him for deductions off of the rent.

Larry spends some free time at the horse tracks, though he never bets much money.  He dreams of some day winning it big.
