Mogan is a cyborg from [[Zarth]], escaped into Faierie.  His ship and body contain large amounts of iron, which negates Fay magic making him a true menace to all fay.  He is only kept at bay by his technologies reliance on the consistent workings of the laws of physics, which tend to break down in the highly Fay populated regions.

Mogan has found himself to be nearly untouchable as far as the fay are concerned, so all he has to do is act like any technologically powerful newcomer... Overawe the natives into giving him whatever they want, and then taking these goods back to his home in exchange for wealth, fame, and power.  A good twist would be that Mogan doesn't know how to get back, and so is surviving by raiding Fay villages for food and fuel.  Perhaps he will eventually come to the Hozz brothers, after he learns that their house has portals between worlds.

Alternately, Mogan could be in the "real world" and attempting to reach Faierie.

what if Mogan was a long time ago? he could be the cause of [[Durand]]'s fleeing to earth. Additionally, although cliche, Mogan could have disappeared only to come back in recent times, and the Hozz brothers would go with their father to confront him... ONE LAST TIME!!

Hey, I agree it's cliche, but I like it! Mogan, as a recurring villain.

Alternately, Mogan could be the "king" of Faierie. He leads the human forrays into the Fay inhabited regions and holds off the fay while his subjects gather food. This could lead to interesting prejudices on both sides of the human-fay divide.

Perhaps Mogan stays in the Sky Vine forests, a cavalier among the idilic air sprites.
